- We will not beaten by anyone on the price paid for gold. By coming to us you will be cutting out all middle men and receive the best price for all your gold, silver and platinum.
- Payment is based on gold content (carat), weight, and the price of gold (melt value)
- Retail stores mark up jewellery 10 and even 20 times or more, Cash4Gold pays for ‘melt value’ of your jewellery, that is, the value of the actual amount of precious metals contained in the items. Craftsmanship is not a consideration when assessing value of your gold.
- Insurance companies will appraise your jewellery based on ‘retail replacement value’. In other words, what will it cost to replace your jewellery if it is lost or stolen? Therefore, these appraisals do not consider the value of the gold itself and have nothing to do with the payment you should expect from Cash4Gold.
- If you have any of the following jewellery to trade for cash, our service is available to evaluate it separately from our process of buying items based upon their melt value. Some of these items will attain a higher value for their resale value, which means more money for you!
